about the classification I would say both but since DA can't do that I think it's in the right spot as it is.

It is good to have an end to journey towards,
but it is the journey that matters in the end.
I never know what to classify these shots that are between 1/2 life size and life-size.
The stuff with a 1:1 ratio always go in Macro but these in between sizes I can never decide since some Macro people are such ratio snobs. If it isn't 1:1 or greater it isn't macro

I've been looking for a studio set.
yes same here.
The truth is that 1:2 is already macro, some earlier macro lenses are only 1:2 for example.
Now a day it means that a normal print 6×4 inch (15×10 cm) is larger then lifesize. 1:8 is enough for APS-C sensor I believe.
